LA Elit3 is a not-for-profit AAU basketball organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Established in 2018 by a dedicated group of community leaders, high school coaches and basketball enthusiasts, LA Elit3 is comprised of some of the most talented players in Central Pennsylvania aimed to develop participants as athletes and individuals.
MISSION STATEMENT
With the goal of training athletes for premier, elite, and competitive level events including collegiate exposure tournaments, LA Elit3 is driven to develop a strong basketball program in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area. We believe that playing basketball is an excellent avenue to teach moral principles and characteristics such as dedication, teamwork, discipline, self-confidence, and sportsmanship.
CLUB VISION
– To teach sound, technical basketball skills and game strategy
– To provide opportunities to play competitive basketball at various levels of time and financial commitment
– To offer positive, passionate coaches to help grow young men as athletes in the game of life
– To live and teach the fundamental concepts of teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and accountability
– To be a responsive, open, communicative, and a well-organized basketball club
